John Houston Floyd with Unique Construction Group Llc is a scam artist. He doesn't even have a License for construction work. You can check with the state of Michigan. He also has a criminal record and owes over $100 grand for fraud. He is currently on probation. He gives you fake names and home addresses and will not pay sub contractors he hires. Do not trust this guy or his company. He never even finished one of the jobs he had and ran off with the peoples money. This pos needs to learn his lesson.

Stealing People's Money Again

Again, they are taking money from people and entering into a contract to do work but never show up and then agree to return deposit but never follow through with making payment and make excuses after excuses how they have tried to make payment. Nationwide has been reported to LARA and BBB to stop this company from stealing from anyone else.

I am currently trying to get my deposit back from John Floyd. He is currently performing the same things under a new company Nationwide Construction LLC supposedly out of Royal Oak MI. I went to the location but there was no sign for nationwide. He is using the same name John Floyd. Supposedly the owner is Albert Bayer (his uncle???). Gave $5750 deposit and received lie after lie and finally 8 hours of work done by a non licensed and uninsured sub contractor. Said he would give me my deposit back but continual excuses just like I received for over a month. Please help with suggestions. Used 401k money for the deposit.

The address on Van d**e that is listed on the above posts for Unique Construction is not accurate. John Floyd and his company no longer rent office space at that address. He was evicted for non payment of rent. Beware!

Issues with customer has been resolved. Please note that a paying customer such as the mylionsden1 deserves refund, even if they cancelled contract. Which they did receive full refund. All issues have been resolved.

I too was scammed of $6,0000 from John Floyd. He took my deposit and I never saw him again. I have a court date April 28th against him. We are preparign a criminal case as well, I would like to hear from you or anyone else that was scammed by John Floyd. He also goes by the name Property Executives, Roof Giant and many others I have found. He drives a White GMC Danali. I need to also mention I am a Detective throught the State of Michigan. Please contact me.
