John Houston Floyd;Unique Contruction Career Criminal, STAY AWAY!!! farmington hills Michigan

John Houston Floyd, addressed himself as owner of Unique Construction, and took personal checks from me to do concrete work at my house, my parents, my grandpa's home, and a friend of my parents.  He took our checks and never did any work.  Excuses after excuses were given, from rain, to dead family members, christianings, vacations, you name it.  Checks were cashed and he was never seen again.  I found out later he is a crook and has done this to many many people.   He has many false addresses he lists as his primary residence, which makes it harder to get to him.

My suggestion is to file a police report, speak to you city's police seargents, file a report at BBB, and contact his probation officers.  I have filed a lawsuit and request you follow the same course.  He steals from a lot of people and tries to come off as a good guy who is down on luck and has no money.  He assumes people will eventually leave him alone since he steals smaller amounts from numerous people. 

Do not be a victim, and if you are stand up for what is right.  He plays the legal system saying these are all civil matters and no one can touch him.  If more people file police reports and lawsuits he will eventually be caught for fraud.  DO NOT GIVE UP!
