JOHN JENNINGS is a Class A... CROOK!
We rented a house from Westside Rentals which NATIONAL INVESTMENT CORPORATION claimed they owned - they didn't!
JOHN JENNINGS comes across as a likeable, laid back guy and it took a while for us to realize that both him and company was seriously BOGUS!
After we moved out, the security deposit that he was supposed to be forwarding to us never arrived and he told our neighbors that he had to throw us out as we hadn't been paying our rent.
Trying to sue him wasn't easy as he only uses P.O Boxes, but we finally succeeded and now have a Judgement against him from the Van Nuys Court.
It may take a while - but we will get our 'Pound of Flesh' - I assure you JENNINGS!

Trying to locate John Jennings current address

I have a $7,500 judgment against John Jennings but, I can't find him in order to enforce the judgment.
His phone is disconnected, he keeps moving from place to place and lately, he doesn't even show up in courts to defend himself. I went to serve him at the last mailbox address he had and they said that they don't know him.
Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
