  When I read these posts my jaw dropped.  My husband and I met this man as a customer in our barber shop. He seemed nice enough.  Every week for over one year would get his hair cut, discuss his "big accounts", talk about his girlfriend and her son that he was involved with. We began to trust him. We even introduced him to another customer of ours who was involved with real estate. He seemed like a legitimate business man. When he called us one day and said his wallet was lost and he needed $1,000 for one or two days until he could recover his ID, my husband lent it to him.  I was reluctant but my husband said he was a friend and we had to look out for friends.

  That was the last time we saw him.

  John watched as we worked hard to build our business and raise our family. He watched as I was pregnant and had my daughter -  then he quite literally took the food out of her mouth. What kind of person would do that?  Months later and we're still behind financially. He is a demon.  My husband makes a living for our family one haircut at a time, and this human garbage took our savings without even a thought. It's a wonder he can sleep at night. If I had simply googled him, I would have known. Jails are built for guys like John Rosario. Society needs to be protected.  Please beware of any "rebuttal" you see in his defense; a person with even an ounce of honor or self respect would never rob a young family blind the way he did.

I have contacted via Email the people who maintains the website in regards to removing the posts and I haven't gotten an answer about it, I will remove the posts because we have partially gotten our money back and its fear that the whole story gets told and more importantly I want this to be over with, we still waiting for an answer from the sellers about the release of our 2,000 deposit that seemed they never received so we still trying to get part of our money back, John Rosario and Genevieve financial have returned part of our money as I said. Just for the record I Luis Garcia Im fully responsible for this postings, not Sandra Echavarria or our Attorney in this matter. I will not do any more business with Genevieve financial or John Rosario and recommend that anyone trying to buy a House in a timely manner refrain themselves from doing so.

IT'S OBVIOUS THAT JOHN L ROSARIO WROTE THE PATHETIC REBUTTALS TO TRY TO SAVE FACE BUT I REALLY WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME REPORTING THIS IF HE WAS AN HONEST DECENT PERSON. ALL I'M TRYING TO SAY IS BEWARE!! BECAUSE AS MY FAMILY UNFORTUNATELY DISCOVERED, THERE ARE EVIL DECEITFUL PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD AND HE IS CURRENTLY BEING INVESTIGATED BY A DETECTIVE AND WILL BE LOCKED UP AGAIN FOR GRAND THEFT, THIS CAN BE VERIFIED AT THE PALM BEACH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT WEBSITE AND IT APPEARS HE HAS ANGER ISSUES AS WELL.

THE POINT IS THAT THERE IS MANY, MANY HONEST REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND FINANCIAL HELP, SO DON'T TAKE THE RISK. PLEASE! IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT.

Well I must say that after looking into the misleading claim against a well reputable person and dear long time friendJohn Rosario, I decided to do some digging and have located the name, address, email address and some more interesting information about the author **Anonymous to this post and to author ** TRUTH ONLY on the other post they issued against this man, now let me just say that this so called person is claiming John steals etc etc, the author of both posts was arrested for the following:

1 count of Organized Scheme To Defraud 10/08/2003 Plead Guilty

2 counts of grand Theft 10/08/2003 Pleag Guilty

1 count of Retail Theft plead guilty.

There is more and have obtained documents that can show the original post is complete ***BS***

I have some relatives that are in law enforcement and also are lawyers, and we were able to trace the Static IP Address used to create the TWO False Reports on Mr. Rosario.

Legally under Florida Statute 836 criminal charges can be brought up for defamation , and Florida Statute 770 Civil Actions For Libel grants a civil suit for damages caused by the defamation and slander.

For those of us that know Mr. Rosario on a personal and business level, we want him to know we have your back and we know the real you, not this BS allowed to be placed on sites !!!!

Iam not sure what the motive or agenda is for the anonymous person writing a ripoff report against Mr. Rosario. I have known Mr. Rosario for over a year and I have never had a problem with him. This report is irresponsible and not what this website is about. It seems this person is misguided in filing a complaint since they aren't alleging anything about Mr. Rosario. It's a shame people abuse a good and helpful website as a forum to tell lies and smear an individual most likely because they are hiding something themselves (like the way they hid their identity) and can hide behind a computer. Should anyone give any credibility to this report I have some land on Neptune you maybe interested in buying. The person posted the same thing twice on two different days, they have yet to state a purpose for stalking Mr. Rosario on this website.

I have been a Realtor in Orlando for 5 years , I got into Real Estate with John Rosario and he showed me how to be successful at it, I have always sent all of my financing business to him, as a matter of fact my family from Colombia purchased an Estate In Windemere, FL and they sent him $350,000.00 in 2006to hold in escrow for the transaction and the money sat for over 4 months without knowing him only by my word, every cent was accounted for and they love there Estate home.

John is a phenominal business man, wish he wouldve stayed in Orlando, This Report is BS, he is a very reputable Mortgage Officer and I would recommend him to anyone ( even my own family, like I did ) to go to for a loan or anything that has to do with financing. John has always been affiliated with well reputable Banks and Financial Lenders, I highly doubt he would be an EMPLOYEE of any Bank if he was stealing from any client, all I can say is BLAH BLAH BLAH...

I have been in the Financing Industry for 15yrs and I have dealt with John L. Rosario through Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Chase and several other outlets he uses to obtain financing for clients for 5yrs, I have had atleast a minimum of 22 satisfied clients with no issues when dealing with him, if there ever was an issue he would go out of his way to clear it up for the client, he was ALWAYS honest and upfront.

John L. Rosario is great at what he does and helps people get into a loan that is best fit for their needs, he does NOT care about the money side of it ; he simply wants them in their new home. I believe whatever this report is about could be handled much different as to anyone can file a FALSE report on anyone to be spiteful.

To the author, for whatever reason this was written, I can assure you that its a mistake and if not, then I have done business with John L. Rosario long enough to know he will fix it.
