Dont believe a word he says. He may sound convincing, but he's a very good liar. he is nothing but a scum bag that belongs in prision. Do your diligence; back ground check, etc... I lost several thousands to him. The only person he seems to pay is his steriod dealer!!! he has a serious criminal records for all kinds of theft. Don't become his next victim. Report him to the police and FBI.

This appears to be the same person with a criminal record who is pointing the finger at Mr. Rosario and then pointing three fingers back to themselves.
