John Lee Jackson Fidelity LP Scam Artist Houston, Texas

I received a debt notice from John Lee Jackson / Fidelity LP stating I owe a debt to the Bradford Exchange in the amount of $89.94 for a Pretzel Guy (?) that I was supposed to have purchased in Feb 2012. I did order a train the year before for Christmas for someone who collect trash, it was three cars each cost around $100. After getting the 4th car, I contacted the Bradford exchange and cancelled the any remaining cars, then I found out I still have not been shipped the last car, so I ordered it and paid for it then, cancelling any further shipments.

I moved in Dec of 11' to a different city (far away). I received a bill stating they send a different piece and I owed them (the Bradford Exchange) for this piece, I called them and told them, I received no such thing, they had sent it to my old address. I told them I did not want anything from them in the future, they cancelled my account again and the issue was over. I left on the road (I work away from home), spent Mar - May in Denver and received a bill again, I sent it back in writing that I did not owe them anything, I did not receive anything and if I did I would have sent it back (I don't collect trash). 

Fast forward to August 14th 2012 and I received a debt notice from this John Lee Jackson stating he is a lawyer and I owe $89.94. I called and the lady (very rude) told me I owe the money and if I have a problem to contact the Bradford Exchange. I contacted the Bradford exchange and spoke with Jasna (nice lady) and went through the whole thing with her, she seen where I contacted them, where i cancelled the collection, where they sent it to the wrong address and where i complained about getting a bill when I did not order anything. She did her part and now I am writing this review to help others; don't buy from the Bradford Exchange and Don't deal with John Lee Jackson, contact the State Bar of Texas, Office of the General Counsel, P.O. Box 12487, Austin, Texas 78711-2487 and File a complaint like me! Ask for the Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, these rules may also be found in the Texas Government Code (Title 2, Subtitle G-Appendix A, Article 10, section 9).
