John Rinaldi is a psychopathic scam artist, as well as being dangerous and violent. He claims to be a victim of abuse himself, but he is an accomplished homosexual drama queen who both threatens and blackmails individuals for money, supposedly for a charity near and dear to his heart - but the charity is a fake, and everything connected with it is fraudulent.
John M. Rinaldi is originally from Massachusetts. He targets both strangers and acquaintances, as well as well-known celebrities - all in the name of collecting money for his fraudulent charity, The Kathy Rinaldi Hope Foundation. He lies and he steals and he is apparently willing to stoop to any level or go to any extreme to rip off as many people as possible. He is well-known to law enforcement agencies and is a well-known scam artist, as well as being a sociopath.
As a FORMER acquaintance of Mr. Rinaldi, I STRONGLY recommend that anyone who is contacted by this unbalanced and dangerous man should notify local authorities immediately and report his whereabouts. For one's own protection, Mr. Rinaldi should not be made to feel threatened or mistrusted in any way; instead, he should be kept at a distance until law enforcement can take over. In my opinion, he is a menace and a threat to society.

It's astounding that this site would publish such trash, without first validating it's authenticity. But, anyone can say anything.. It's also amazing that someone would go out of their way to cause harm. Those I am most sorry for.
But, I welcome any and all comments. Through it's stupidity they pretty much have cancelled their report. "well known to law enforcement agencies." PLEASE CALL ANY OF THEM.
This is the coounterpart to the first alleged complaint. Since, it was a lie, and fabricated, it was easy to trace the origin. So, in my attempt at a rebuttal, he in return published yet another pack of lies.
There is no public record, there is no fraud, and to go any further is beneath me.
My law firm is the most powerful law firm in the country- if not world, and will be dealing with this in a more legal and proper manner, and all damages recieved will be donated to the many charities The Kathy Rinaldi Hope supports and continues to work with.
This will also be reported to the NYPD and I will include their letter for your review. I'm actually glad the police were mentioned as this goes way past an official FBI investigation that originated back at the first report, now it's at the government level.
And if there was any truth to any of this, googling my name would access police records that are all made public, and there would be a BBB report- as they unlike this site does the investigation.
I apologize for this intrusion. And if you are an organization, celebrity, family, or friend I would have you inquire with any police agency in the city of NY to see that there is no record or truth to any of this.
Freedom of speech is a good thing, and as a result, you will get those willing to hurt others.
Thanks to the writer, to notify authorities... that negates the validity of the entire report.
