john mesker asphalt paving ignoring warranty , drive cracking, asphalt comes up when turning car wheels.did not seal drive as promised. independece, Missouri

driveway was paved sept,20,2011 have a 1yr warraty.  5 months later the asphalt was coming up when turning car wheels and also cracking.  have made repeated calls this is july 6,2012 and still no warranty work.  this man uses every excuse not to perform warranty work..the warranty runs out in sept.he is going to run me up to sept and tell me the warranty is up..have found many complaints on this man thru iowa missouri, texas and now kansas..have also filed this with the kansas  atty general, and also with the miami co. sheriff. in paola ks. as of now nothing has happened.  all these filing  have been feb, march, april.and june.trying my best to keep others from getting scamed by this outfit.
