John S Lee, Windows and More John S Lee is a con artist and criminal who will steal your money!!! BEWARE !!! 13575 Martinidue Dr., Chino Hills, CA91709, California

On October 10, 2009, John S Lee, doing business as "Windows and More" (out of Diamond Bar, CA), came to my house and after doing all the measurements said that in order to get the job started he needed $7500 that day. I wrote him a check (he was referred to me by a friend who also was cheated out of $10,000 at the same time). He cashed it immediately. He NEVER placed the order, his business closed down, he changed all his phone numbers, and he moved out of his rented house, and he was served a legal notice (which was physically put into his hands) to go to court but he DID NOT SHOW UP.

My friend and I are currently doing anything and everything to PROSECUTE John S Lee. I was, in fact, in court this morning (May 17, 2010) to continue the process. As another person who was ripped off by him stated on this service, Ripoff Report (but was supposedly resolved ??!!), John S Lee claims sickness, bankruptcy, you name it- but he does not in fact call you, respond, place orders, go to court, refund your deposit, make payments, offer explanations, NOTHING! Because he simply disappears and moves and changes all contact information, he believes he will not be caught. He will, and he will go to jail.

Please be very aware of this criminal who has knowingly taken almost $20,000 from my friend and I. He is NOT to be trusted. Simple truth is that either he pays me immediately for what he stole, or I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. My lawyer, and my friend's lawyer, are working hard to make sure that he does not do this to any more innocent victims (class action lawsuit). The sad truth is that he is the father of small children. What a role model. Liar, cheat, and con artist. Don't let it happen to you!!
