The previous owners John and Kathy Kula and their agent Chet Grubin, and my husband and I signed a purchase contract for $1.4 M and subsequent conveyance of 10 acres. Security Title and First American Title purposely moved very slowly. Security Title admitted their lack of due diligence by not reading the legal description and realizing we were conveyed only 1.3 acres.
My husband and I wanted to give back to the community a much needed service. Instead these people with absolutely NO integrity ruined our lives. This past Feb my husband committed suicide. Neither of us could believe nobody was willing to make a gross wrong right.
We lost all of our financial resources and ultimately I lost my husband of 30 years.
Foreclosures and mortgage fraud ruin people and their families..and sometimes takes the lives of the little people.
I have no faith in our legal system. The government does not care about people getting ripped off.
My life and my sons lives will never be the same due to JOHN/KATHY KULA AND CHET GRUBIN.
