If you're looking for a phone, avoid this Wireless Wave locations at all costs. Specifically, avoid the Sales Manager there. Her name is Jolene Fargo. I was sent to Wireless Wave to pick up a pink iPhone 5C, and as she was placing a screen protector on the brand new phone, she DROPPED it onto the hard floor. It seems as though Ms. Fargo was more conceded with whether or not she would ruin her French manicure, hence why she likely dropped the phone. I told her there was no way I wanted the phone after she dropped it, and she asked me if I wanted to go to Metrotown or Lougheed to get a new one. I told her I wasn't going to another store as she dropped the phone, not me. She ultimately managed to find another wireless/mobile store in the mall that luckily had the same phone and sent me there. However, I wouldn't have had to do any of this extra running around (nor would I had to have spent an extra hour in the mall) had she not dropped the phone in the first place.
