Mr Gerber displaced me by over selling reservations and then refused to honor staybridge hotel policy to relocate me to Comprable Accomodation instead forcing me tto get my own at over twice the cost on sold out weekend.
Mr Gerber is now trying to turn around situation making me look like the party that did wrong now claiming that I used foul language to him do he doesn't need to compensate me.
Mr Gerber has a 10 year track record of working in numerous hotels in Southern a Nevada with short tenure and no advancement. Most likely due to job dismissal.
He obviously has not met expectations of employers and most likely caused economic harm to other visitors.
Las Vegas does not need individuals like Jonathan Gerber dealing with tourists.
I would never ever stay in any hotel again that employs Jonathan Gerber in any capacity.
Every other employee at Staybridge has been sympathetic to my situation only to be over powered by this thug of a manager.
