Jonathan Nellis Dishonest, Fake, Unreliable, Unorganized Film Equipment Rental Company Internet

This accusation should state "SHAWN ANTHONY/SAS Rentals/SAS Studios/SAS Stages/ SAS Corp/ SAS Movies/ SAS Agency Dishonest, Fake, Unreliable, Unorganized Film Equipment Rental Company Internet" 
 
I am a victim of employment with malicious intent towards myself and other individuals whom suffered from his cunning ways from the owner of the company Shawn Anthony alias Shawn Stiltz, alias Shawn Sequeira. 
 
This RIPOFFREPORT is titled with my name because Shawn purposely pushed clients towards me to become their go-to point of contact. The majority of my decisions are forced upon me from Shawn. The little decision making power I had was with positive intent towards the clients helping them out properly in anyway I could. Shawn portrayed the image of being the brains in the background and me as the manager of the business towards clients. I was the messenger behind his desires of how he ran his business. I inaccurately received the RIPOFFREPORT consequences that rightfully belonged to Shawn.

Couple things to know about Shawn:
 
1. He is a scam artist. He constantly moves from one building to the next after not paying his rent, burning his bridges with clients, and hides somewhere else. He was in 4 buildings during my time I was there within 10 months. Evicted out of all of them. Now I read he is in Santa Ana.
 
2. He has many alias. Shawn Anthony, Shawn Sequeira, Shawn Stiltz
 
3. He is verbally abusive to employees, clients, women, business partners whom he burned, etc.
 
4. He is the true definition of a scam artist with a sharp tongue that can get his way out of anything.
 
5. He over promises and under delivers every time to employees and clients.
 
6. He claims to have done big things with big people but really just takes their credit. Good example is this video that he claims to have involvement within the projects. Although, when you ask some people he claims to work with, they don't even know someone named Shawn Anthony/ Sequeira/ Stiltz. I would like to my story with Shawn. I quit my steady full-time job that's not film industry related to work for him full-time unknowingly he was a scam artist. When I first met Shaun, he claimed to be extremely religious with humble intentions when everything he does is for personal gain. At first sight, the amount film equipment he had was over whelming which helped put in my head legitimacy behind his business, just like everyone else whom came across him and got amazed by the amount of film equipment. Reality is this film equipment may be stolen. He never payed me the proper wages that we've agreed upon. As time goes by, he cuts out the expense budget he had for me networking with film schools, other rental houses, etc. I had to pay my own expenses that he originally agreed to pay back but never did.

Then he purposely stopped paying me completely when he saw the opportunity because he understood I had no where else to go. This led to me getting evicted out of my house, sleeping in my SUV for 10 months,in a parking lot in downtown Los Angeles and eventually to where working under Shawn became slavery because he never paid me for the work I put in but he only fed me food. He claimed that we didn't make our wages for the week and we only made enough money to barely support the lighting bill for the building. I believe that is inaccurate statement on his part due to the fact that I alone made him a high 5 figure amount during my duration there. I stayed there ONLY to continue to survive or else I would have no money for food or gas.

He kept me on a leash with only giving me $5 to $10 worth of gas so I couldn't go far from the studio. Only far enough to go run his errands. He made me work from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep 7 days out of the week running 12-18 hour days. Again, I worked for food. I have witnessed him burn his business partners for personal gain in numerous capacities. He preys on the film school students or people whom want to break into the industry to work for him. He took a road trip to Kentucky with the majority of the film equipment he possessed with the huge potentially false explanation of prepping for the Passion of the Christ squeal titled “The Last Generation”. When we can all put the pieces together why he took the majority of equipment he possessed to Kentucky.
 
So in conclusion, the person that should be written on this RIPOFFREPORT should rightfully be Shawn Anthony/Sequeira/Stiltz. Shawn is the true definition of a scam artist. Shawn Anthony is the owner of a illegitimate company with a scamming mission entitled SAS Rentals, SAS Studios, SAS Agency, SAS Movies, SAS Stages, SAS Corp., which is played off incredibly well to where everyone that has come across him has been burned in many shapes and forms eventually. Do not work with Shawn in any shape or form. Do not trust him when he claims to be religious w/ humble intentions.

My producer appointed me the job to locate a filming equipment rental company where we can get everything we needed in one place. I came across SAS Rentals where their website looked promising to me that we can get everything our production needed in one place and for a reasonable price. I placed our rental order with them and they promised that they would have everything we requested ready at the time needed. When it was time for pick up i met with a gentleman named Jonathan Nellis and he told me that my equipment wasn't ready and they didn't have certain equipment that they promised us. He seemed like a little kid that didn't know what was going on or what he was doing. He looked like he was stressing out trying to find whatever equipment he could find. He was not much help to us. He was the only one we met there. We were looking for the owner of the company but he was not there at the time. And to add to it the equipment we rented wasn't working properly as it should have been. Because of their lack of equipment and equipment not working properly our production lost money and ran way behind schedule. They did not try to accommodate us or try to fix the problem. We wasted time and money on equipment that wasn't working properly and wasn't available when they said it would be. They did not at least try to reimburse us for the money we lost renting equipment that wasn't working properly. This company is an amateur, unorganized, unreliable, dishonest facility that doesn't tell you the truth if they have the filming equipment or not. They will lie to you and tell you that they have everything but in reality they do not. This company knows nothing about running an organized honest professional based business. We will never rent from SAS Rentals ever again. They will rip you off when they get the chance, don't let them.
