Jorgensen's JKSPORT Did not Perform requests Richfield Utah

1. check for water leaks. Informed I needed new water pump. Not the case the relief valve to the hot water heater was loose. I asked the replace the tubing with copper. Not done.

2. asked the price of a new refrigerator..was told @1250.00 installed...cost $2300...two sales managers (2) gave two different prices 1250..and then 1350.. Ordered it to be installed. Was informed it would be about 1 week to complete.

3. weeks later I was informed They got the wrong one. Waited another 3 weeks, again informed wrong one and they had to cut the hole bigger to make it fit at which time I again asked to have the copper tubing in the trailer be replaced., not done and because they cut the wood above the heater the cover would not go back on. Again asked if they replace the copper tubing. not done toilet. Set crooked and the lid was broke. lid was fixed but not from leaning to the left. Unusable. 3 Stove was told the stove needed to be replaced because the valves were bad..not the case was an old copper tube that was not replaced.Copper tubing was not replaced. Another week...tubing replaced.

4 Hot water heater was to be replaced. The job was completed. I brought the trailer home. wanted to have a BBQ..about 15 feet away. My Granddaughter told me she smelled something funny under the trailer. They had failed to tight the connections and the propane was pouring out of it. Had I lit my BBQ I am sure my wife, granddaughter and I would have been ablaze.

5 Air Conditioner ordered and installed again bait and switch. Quoted one price (Out of their catalog) informed they did not install the one request "but to make things right" per their manager he installed a larger one..quoted $750 cost 1200. Was and still is in backwards and will not cool the trailer.

6 Awning asked how much to replace quoted @ 250 as they had one in the back of their shop. I verified the info from the serviceman Chuck, he did have one was informed they didn't have one by the manager. Bait and switch again. payed $700. asked for tubing to be replaced for all the water. I left for vacation to go to Colorado and on to Minnesota...2 months late only to find out when arrived to Phoenix two water leaks under the sinks and toilet. Took the trailer to Five Star RV was told they would need the trailer at least a couple of days but I would have to bring it back in two weeks. Turned around and came home to Utah. Did not get to see my Sister 82 years old....no water to the toilet,or the sink or shower I would like to be reimbursed for the bait and switch wrong products and life endangerment. There is more that I can add. BBB complaint filed no Response FTC complaint filed no response. I am demanding a refund.
