Wife hired this jerk without vetting him. At first he did work up a storm cutting trees, bushes and clearing some of the property. Flashed his license at us, but it was his father's license, Joe England senior. He showed photos of him at expensive homes with some of his workers saying he had built the addition or pool house shown in the pictures. Founf out he had only trimmed some bushes at these homes, never did any construction work. The photos were just of him on the property after they trimmed some bushes. A month after my wife hired this jerk, he stopped showing up. Wife had signed him to quite a few contracts, paid him in advance, big mistake, Some he never started, and the rest he never finished.

Starting asking him when he was going to show up and finish the work and received excuse after excuse for 18 months. I vetted him after a few months when he wasn't showing up or returning phone calls and found him to be a 3 time convicted felon. Also found out this jerk was under probation for Fraud when we hired him. Horrible work done by this bush trimmer. Everything is falling apart or done incorrectly. He put up some concrete columns and had them on the neighbor's property. He moved them 3 times and they were still over on the neighbor's property. He tore them down and never replaced them. 

The few times he did come out to keep us from turning him in, he was flushed like he was drunk or on some drugs. That could explain wht he put the concrete columns on the neighbor's property when we had our property surveyed.

He also called my father and said we owed him a lot of money and wanted $3000 from my father to keep working. Father gave him $1500 without telling me anything about it. When I told my father that this jerk owed us money back or work, my father threatened him with going to the authorities. He gave my father hs money back after a week and a half of threats of turning him in.

Some of the work he did needed him to be licensed, he wasn't just used his father's license. His work is shoddy, falling apart after a year. The lake dock he put up while I was out of town looks like kids threw it together. wood broke out in fungus, either he bought old wood, or stole it from another worksite. Also the woodwork wasn't don right, massive gaps and boards already warping. ^x^ posts contracted, jerk put in 4X4 posts. Whole deck shakes and was failed inspection for not being built to specs. Put our property fence in the ground without concrete to hold the posts up as the contract stated. Many more items that were done horribly. A lot of materials were never delivered.

Recently he claimed he was suffering from seizures, like trying to garner sympathy or have a excuse. 

This jerk is a 3 time convicted felon and a liar. He was convicted of Fraud twice. He was adjudicated guilty in 2015 with another customer. Stay away from him and any dealings with him.


Turned him in to the State of Florida, DBPR, and the Florida State Attorney's Office. They are investigating him and recommended prosecuting him.
