We were placed in a 1 week waiting list. We were charged $400 to fix a leaky bath tub faucet. On top of that the plumber wrote up the bill for $225. I had to leave the house and left it with someone that doesn't understand English very well.To my surprise the whole bill came out to $400! The plumber placed another $175 bill on top of it for no reason! These people are thieves and I believe they are taking advantage of elderly and non-English speaking people. $400 to fix a faucet that needed a new cartridge?? Cmon.... I can see $50 to come down for estimate, another $150 for part and installation. On top of that, the plumber refused was hesitant to replace the 2 screws instead of using the new ones that came with the replacement. Please, avoid these people, the family are money hungry and will roast you dry!
