On 7/16/13 Joseph Porter ordered a product from our store and we shipped it to him. AVS codes matched. Billing and shipping address matched. He filed a report with his credit card company that he didnt place the order. But he has the product. We called him and confirmed and he requested he could return the product COD. This we refused as it sounded too much like a scam. The crdit card company denied our claim stating we did not provide enough information on the transaction to make our case. So Joseph Porter has our item and we paid for it. Mind you if it were a fraudulant charge why would an internet thief take someones card and order something and have it shipped to the person he stole the card from? He tried to send the package COD to us to get us to pay even more money. Here is his information:
