I am being scammed by Joseph Von Jalan. This guy sent me a letter stating that I owe him an additional $24 plus a $3 late fee for a service that I did not request. The $24 was for winning lottery numbers if I wanted them. I did not send for them nor did I receive them. In other words, I did not follow up and request the numbers.
