Received letter saying he could give me number for large lottery win with the help of Soraya and he would charge me nothing but I must pay for her time the low cost of $24.00.  The was a secret envelope I was not to open for 1 month and after the 1 month the numbers would be there.  I threw it away and now 40 days later I received a past due notice stating I owed $24.00 and if not paided right asway they would have to add a late charge.  I wrote back saying that I was reporting them and that I had never request any information from them.
