Journey Pass, Journey Pass Or Global Travels signed us up illegally without our consent,, and is taking money fraudently from our bank account Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

one day we recieved a call ,, we wasnt home our answering machine picked the call up.. on the other end a man said hello.. is this mr. bob (MADE UP NAME for identification purposes) yes it is said the other man on the phone,, the man then asked to confirm post office address and the other man gave him a yes sir it is my address...

after we checked the answering machine we heard this conversation take place and thought it was a joke,, but called the number back anyways,, no one would answer it,, a couple days went by and on our bank statement was 3 charges from a place called Journey pass,, we called the company and told them we didnt sign up for it,, they assurred us they would take care of everything,,

the next couple of weeks we got a overdraft charge from the bank because journey pass was still taking money out of our account,, we called the bank and placed fraud charges against them,, and even cancelled the bank card they were illegally using,, that didnt help,, 3 more charges appeared 2 for $30.54 each,, which meant i was now being charged 3 more overdraft fees,, im now left owing $94.00 in overdraft charges because of illegal charges made by journey pass,,

I never even heard of this company or signed up for anything,, I dont know how they did this and I dont know what to do to fix it....
