I ordered a Sirius SRH2000 thru Amazon.com on Jan 26th 2010. The item number on the website was correct and the picture was wrong. The correct original price of the item was listed and the sale price reflecting the 85% savings I was going to receive from JR music. Prior to placing the order I called JR music and was told that yes the item that they would be sending me was the SRH2000. I then placed the order thru the website. I then received an email confirming the item ordered and that they would be sending it shortly. A day later I received an email from JR music saying the wrong item was shipped. Within minutes I emailed and called JR and told them that the wrong item was shipped. I was assured that they would correct the mistake and send me the correct item. I then received an email from Jennifer in customer service saying that the issue was resolved. I spoke with a person at JR named Michael Walsh the next day and he requested that I send him a link to the correct item, which I did via email and he then sent me an email acknowledging the mistake. I received several emails from Jennifer, Samira, and Gracie, from JR customer service stating that my issue was going to be taken care off. Finally I spoke with a manager by the name of Jim Quinlin who acknowledged that I should have not gotten the run around as I did and promised to immediately take care of the problem. He promised to send the SRH2000 out with no extra charge. Three days later he told me that he was waiting on a buyer. I again emailed the website where the item could be ordered from and sent to me overnight in time for my Super Bowl party. Thurs Feb 4, and Fri Feb 5, I sent emails to Jim Quinlin with no response. Tues Feb 9 I called and was left on hold for several minutes and was told Jim was unavailable. During the call I received an email from Jim saying the same thing I had heard for the past 2 and a half weeks that they were waiting on a buyer to get me the item. After getting the run around for weeks they blew me off and refused to send me the correct product or honor the price they advertised!!!!!!!
