JRE Law Group The Law Group of?Jonathan R. Ellowitz Elaborate Scam stealing $2795.00 for home mortgage modification Foothill Ranch, California

 In June of 2009 I paid Jonathan R. Ellowitz Law group $2795.00 to facilitate my mortgage loan modification. I have given them more than a reasonable amount of time to facilitate this modification and have always done exactly what they asked in a timely manner. Most importantly I too have tried to contact JRE but they have disconnected their websites main email address and are unwilling to answer their phones or take voicemail. My negotiator's email address still works 
but have not heard back. My negotiators phone number has been disconnected though as well. I have no reason to believe that they will follow through with my refund as we have been scammed by a "law" group. I now stand to lose my home because I trusted my time and money with them. I will make it may mission to expose them to the BBB, every business review/fraud site, and every community they try and do business in. 

**** I recently made contact with my negotiator who confirmed JRE is a scam. She was hired as an outsourced processor who did not receive any pay from JRE. JRE has since closed its doors and skipped town taking with it all its client's social security numbers, bank accounts, and thousands of each client's money. Key players are know to be Steve or Steven Hibler, Mellissa Macdowall, and Jonathan R. Ellowitz. Steve Hibler had a previous fraudulent company helpudebt. Mellissa Macdowall from Avrek Financial corp was a previous fraudulent company. 

Resolution Sought: I would like Elowitz to lose his ability to practice law as he has stole from so many people. I would like to see MacDowall and Hibler punished with jail time for this elaborate scam.I would also like 2795.00 dollars back.I'm sure as time goes on we will see hundreds of
