JUDGE TIMOTHY LAWLISS TERMINATED MY PARENTAL RIGHTS AND DID NOT PROTECT MY RIGHTS PLATTSBURGH, New York

I have a daughter that i feel was illegally put up for adoption by judge Timothy Lawliss here is the situation   in 2003 my daughters father was arrested for raping my cousin who was 12 years old at the time and i was brought in on the charges and since i was not guilty i brought the case to grand jury and i was found not to be guily by trial and i had my daughter while the charges were pending and clinton county child protective services brought me to family court and were not asking for my child to be removed but for her father and i to split up which we did and judge Timothy Lawliss ordered removal of my child i was ordered to do parenting classes and alot of other stuff which i did and in the end my parental rights were terminated my childs father is a registered level 2 sex offender and recently had a baby with my other cousin which is the sister to the one he raped and is being allowed to live with the child .And my cousin that he raped and him are the best of friends today i feel my rights were not protected and i have spoke to a lawyer about this and they have confirmed it. i need help to bring this back to court i understand that this adoption can be reversed but i can not afford a attorney  there were 2 men who were arrested on the same charges and both have other kids i feel i should have my daughter today she was not in any danger and i was not found guilty of neglect i even had a neglect case thrown out of court i won every court case but the final one and on the last court date the lawyer for clinton county social services admitted that he was paid more for my case then he normally would of got paid i just dont understand why clinton county child protective and judge TIMOTHY Lawliss is letting a registered dex offender live with a child and people that are abusing drugs and people that are not stable. I am in a good relationship and have been for 5 years now and child protective services checked my boyfriends back ground and found nothing. PLEASE HELP ME .........  I had my daughter for a whole year and they did not feel she was in any type of danger.
