A few months ago I met a gentleman who identified himself as Julio Carbonell. He gave me his business card and told me he was the chief information officer of ASPCA. He promised me a job as a technology consultant in his company but as of today his promise has not been fulfilled. He bluntly asked me for sexual favors in exchange for a high paying job and when I refused he stopped calling me.  He is a liar and a psycho and Im sure hes done this a few times with other girls. Ive contacted an attorney and she thinks that we might have a big case if other people come forward.
