I am convinced that Profit Clicking (the one time Just been Paid) is going to become one of the biggest rip offs we've seen in a while on the internet.

The supposed owner, Frederick Mann, who no one has ever seen, has taken every precaution to not being found anywhere on the map.  They say he's retired, but the address for the "new owners" of PC who it to be owned by the same individual. (whomever he or they are).

I joined a couple of years ago when they first started out and knew that it would be a simple, flash in the pan, type of gimmick, but that it might be fun for Christmas.  However, as it grew I began feeling uneasy about the shady dealings.  A cult-like mentality toward this "Mr Mann" character who no one even knew, and also a comaradarie among greedy members that is only seen typical of cults made me stop to think twice.  So, I got out all of my money and sat back and listened to the conference calls, and watched as things began to slow.  At this point (about a year ago) I knew the "bait and switch" would have to come.  There were far too many members for Mann and Pearson to risk not being stalked down and lynched.  Also, some of the people involved, such as Carl Pearson, would be easy to find.  No, it was time for the baiting of more money so they could switch tactics and seem to not be letting people down and at the same time seemingly disappear.  In August of this year, that is exactly what they did.  Without approval from any of the investors (and yes, let's call a spade a spade, that's what they are), and without any prior notice whatsoever; they became Profit Clicking. 

Or did they?  After 3 months, the site is still begging for more money and more people to refer to them and yet it is not even paying out daily as it says it is.  Simply put, they don't have money to payout and that's why the urgency for referrals.   And who is this new "Doc" guy?  Where is he?  How would one go about taking the million dollar challenge? (and boy would I love to).  But it's all under wraps.  You'll never find anyone to make that bet with.

This is going to be one big disaster and incredibly sad for those who have too much invested.   After working in Live Chat for some time, I realized that none of the support desk people even knew for sure what was going to happen, and they encourage each other to lie and use "pre-mades" to tell people what they want to hear to get rid of them.

This is going to beat out 12 Daily Pro and some of the other now infamous businesses as one huge disaster.  If you have money in PC, take it out as soon as you can (even though they are not really paying out..still try) and then run like hell.  Don't look back, don't play a part in this; and do not take the patent seriously.  It doesn't have the name of Profit Clicking on it, and they're counting on you to not notice.   And as far as the Alexa ranking, there are 70,000,000,000 sites that can say the same.

Run. Don't walk.

Hi again, Louise!

Do you know what I find amusing?  I find it quite amusing that you believe the guidelines which are being violated under penal code of the United States, Article -140.1 states clearly that Profit Clicking and other types of Ponzi structures are in violation of the LAW.  That is not opinion, madame.  That is the law.  You do remember there's a law that you're under, don't you?

So while some did well through Bernie Madoff in the nineties, most did not - just like with Profit Clicking.  Ask yourself if it was mere opinion or the law that put Madoff behind bars and the answers will come clearer for you. 

Also, the governing laws under Canada's Penal Code regarding Profit Clicking go like this: CRIMINAL CODE OF CANADA


206. (1) Every one is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years who


(e) conducts any scheme by which any person, on payment of any sum of money shall become entitled under the scheme to receive from the person conducting the scheme a larger sum of money than the amount paid by reason of the fact that other persons have paid money under the scheme.


You may see that as opinion (as did Madoff), but the governing bodies of each country see it as the LAW.

Now let me redefine what a Ponzi is for you:  "Before Charles Ponzi, in 1899 William "520 Percent" Miller opened for business as the "Franklin Syndicate" in Brooklyn, New York.
Miller promised 10% a week interest and exploited some of the main themes of Ponzi schemes such as customers reinvesting the interest they made. He defrauded buyers out of $1 million and was sentenced to jail for 10 years. After he was pardoned, he opened a grocery store on Long Island. During the Ponzi investigation, Miller was interviewed by the Boston Post
to compare his scheme to Ponzi's the interviewer found them remarkably similar, but Ponzi's became more famous for taking in seven times as much money.[1]"

You tell me, how is what Ponzi did, different than PC?  And don't tell me some trumped up story about the traffic exchanger.  The URL links only work have of the time, and now I see very few if any are even getting paid according to this page:  http://www.facebook.com/Clickforprofits

Due dilligence and a small thought for others would go a long way for you, Louise.  I merely state facts.  What you have given is your biased, thoughtless opinion.

ProfitClicking is business

Everyone has a different opinion of ProfitClicking.  The key word here is opinion.  Like everything else written on the Internet.  ProfitClicking obviously are fulfilling withdrawal requests because I have received several of my mine to date but I do have some pending as well.   They also offer business opportunities which I have also taken advantage for my benefit.  Some people claim to know everything is a scam which is amusing. We all have opinions and thats what's being lost on these forums and websites. It sounds like we are talking politics now. By the way if anyone cares I think 5-hour Energy is scam.

If you can't see that you're a member of a cult that doesn't pay everyone as stated and you still think this is the "GOD" of all "businesses", then you're in a cult. :D

You're no business woman if you cannot understand the laws of the United States in which you reside.  First of all, where are the taxes of every citizen of the United States going?  Most are keeping them - I guarantee it and the SEC knows it.  The fact of the matter is, as a citizen of the United States of America, it doesn't matter where this Ponzi is, it is ILLEGAL and every citizen from the U.S. that participates is bound by the laws of the land to pay taxes - but also to report these illegal and underworld type activities of bait and switch.  Monies given to you as a U.S. citizen need to be reported to the government no matter who you got it from because you received it on AMERICAN SOIL.

Good for you that you've done such great business with the "traffic exchanger" (would love proof of that lie) - but I am guessing you were paid to come here with this trumped up story.  Be sure that I will never lose sight of you. ..and neither will Uncle Sam.  Because as long as your money is being laundered off of American soil - you're in with "the bad guys", and you're liable.  That's the deal, and it won't be negotiated when they come knocking.  And I know what you're thinking *they'll never come*.  Don't be too sure.

As it stands, Profict Clicking (the once JSS Tripler) is not releasing any funds to anyone.  There's a reason for this.  Use your head, do you DD,  and you really will make money on the net.

Don, there's absolutely nothing legal about JSS/bait and switch PC.  Nothing. 
I don't know where you received your "legal" training, but it wasn't in the United States of America.  As for me feeling bad - I never lost any money..  That's what is going to happen to you, though.
Just setting the record completely straight.  JSS/PC is a Ponzi.  In fact, it's the very definition as outlined by the SEC.   I suggest you study up on that dusty "legal" training.

I have more proof profitclicking is  a scam than the SEC and they have plenty of evidence. Since I am a member and have not been paid even after making 3 withdrawals and should have been paid way before now shows it is a scam. They want new money in order to pay out old members. it is a clear PONZI scheme. No real products. Information and upgrades do not Legally constitute a product not according to the US law. As of right now they are all Under arrest and have been read their rights( You have the right to remain silent.

Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? ). They are watching them and cannot run. They are being followed everywhere they go. Wonder how they like knowing they about to be thrown in jail and funds frozen?

I respectfully must disagree with this report posted by Yvonne.    This is very inacuarate and harmful to the company.   I have been with this organization for 18 months and never had any issues.    The recent takeover of JBP by Profit Clicking is proven to be a major upgrade to the previous program.    Legally, this was a major face-lift.    My background is in law and if Yvonne would have taken the time to study the compensation system recently upgraded by the PC legal advisers, she would have learned that no more than .75 cents of every advertising dollar received is paid back out in actual commission to affiliates.   This is after the profit shift takes place that in effect balances the books every completed cycle.  So the accusation by Yvonne that PC is a ripp off is inaccurate and without merit.   She simply is complaining about her person issue and making the entire company look bad under false pretense.    I just wanted to set the record straight.     Profit Clicking is completely legitimate and a valuable marketing tool.

ProfitClicking is not a scam

No scam here.  ProfitClicking is a revenue share program that sells Advertising credits through ad packs, traffic pack, products, and training. I've had great success with the program.  I've generated more business with ProfitClicking's traffic exchange than none other.  I've been a member of JBP as well as ProfitClicking and take offense to your cult reference.  Everyone is an independent thinker/business owner and we have the freedom to do as we choose.
