Dear Homeowner, Dear Luxe Customer, Justin Luxe Steubs may be in financial trouble. He has been leasing a newer home from us the past two years in Hidden Canyon, La Quinta. His lease ended 10-31-17. He did not want to extend his lease another year. He paid 3600 for November. December, January, February came, he did not send rent. When we pressed him for rent he said he did not have enough money pay rent or to move. Also he would not have enough funds until maybe March 2018. In addition he asked us to pay him thousands, 9,000-10,000.00, of dollars to move out. As far as we can tell he is not occupying our home, but he did leave all his furniture, plus he brought in two trucks to off load more furniture. Currently our home looks like a storage building. He may or may not be having financial issues, we really don’t know. What we do know is that we are being extorted to the tune of thousands of dollars, before he moves his possessions out. Plus we are losing rents, valuable prime season months to show and find a new tenant, may not find tenants for several months. Beware of deposing funds for Luxe vacation rentals.
