I went online and saw I had 3 charges to my account that i did not make.  the 800 number that was with the charges brought me to this sight so i am filling out a report.  I already contacted my bank but it will take a week for the money to be put back into my account.

K-Mart On January 2, 2016, we purchased a $449.99 Kenmore refrigerator on K-Mart's Why Not Lease It Plan. K-Mart continued to take $79.50 per month from my checking account. In the end, I paid $1431.00, nearly three times the selling price of the refrigerator. When I called to complain, I was told the last payment had been taken out. It makes me wonder if I had called sooner, would the last payment have been taken out sooner? RIP OFF PURE AND SIMPLE!!! DuBois Pennsylvania

Why Not Lease It/KMart What A Rip Off. My washer and dryer was 600.00 for both. I called for a payoff and was told 300.00 dollars. I asked how much did I pay already and gbey said 871.00. I called K Mart to come and get it I was told that they dont accept back returns after 30 days. It's a shame that KMart does that to the consumers. KMART richmond virginia 23223

Direct C-Cost Inc On 1o/21/2014, I received a letter in my postal mail box from an unknown sender. The envelope did not have a return address and was post marked from Madrid/Spain. The envelope contained a check for the amount of $1,972.68. There was also a letter from Celia White director of operations. The letter sated that I was chosen to particate in a Quality Control Program as a Consumer Service Evaluator. The letter gave intructions to activate check through the web site, and that I would receive Assigment. The letter was decorated with company logos of Wal mart, K mart, Rite Aid, Sears, and a few others. The letter also instructed to scan all receipts and send to coordinator@directccinc.com.
