shopyourway.com, Sears, K-mart Shop Your Way is the wrong name for this company! Internet

I recently went online to make a purchase through shopyourway.com. The item was on sale but out of stock. I tried the following strategies to obtain the item and "shop my way"":

1. purchase the item in a backorder capacity to take advantage of the sale price

2. obtain a raincheck from the company representative 

3. purchase the item at a store that had the item in stock and have it transferred to a store near me

4. purchase the item at a store that had the item in stock and pay the shipping charges for the store to ship it directly to me 

Surprisingly, a website called "shop your way" was not able to accomodate any of these methods to help me obtain the item.  This website should be called "No Way to Shop Your Way.com" as that is the reality! Good luck getting any customer service for items you want that are out of stock!
