 I won the Piggy Bank Points instant win of $250.00 in points. I got excited and took a screen shot to show my husband and kids. I didn't know how long it would take for the winning points to reflect in my Shop Your Way account. So waited about a week and emailed Shop Your Way. After a couple of days I got a reply. The email said I had contacted the wrong department. They gave me another email to contact. I sent that email a letter . A couple of days later I got a reply. Once again I have been directed to the wrong department . They proceed to give me a different email address to contact. I send a letter to that email address . A couple days later I get a reply. Finally it's the correct department. But this is where my frustration only begins. This person goes on to tell me that I didn't win $250.00 in points. He said I only won 100 points. And that's the equivalent to 10 cents. I told him I had attached the screen shot to the email I sent him and if he bothered to look at it he will see that it clearly states that I was chosen as THE winner. I never got anymore replys and am being ignored now. I have proof of what I am saying because I took screen shots of the original winners announcement of being chosen as the $250.00 in points winner. I also took a screen shot of the edited version that says I won 100 points. Only one of two things could have happened. Number one , they made a mistake and won't bother to investigate it. Or number two , they deliberately ripped me off so they could gift those points to somebody they know. Whatever the reason is doesn't matter because I do have proof that they changed /edited the original winner announcement. I want to know what I can do to collect the rightful points that I have coming to me?
