My friend gave this company a large deposit to build a lanai for his home. They were suppose to finish in 30 days. The permit was issued in January 2016. It is now July 12th, 2016 and job is still not completed but paid in full. He was conned by con men. Kalvin made a deal for my friend to pay for materials and sent unqulified, beer breathed people to do the work. The quality of work is horrible. Florida law protects the contractor so my friend has no other choice but to take him to court. He did not even respond to a letter from an attorney. They do not have workmans comp and are very lazy. Most of them sat on a picnic bench and watched others work as they talked on their cell phones. This company operates under several names. This company is a nightmare! Please beware!!!!

DOES NOT PAY FOR WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE!!! HE OWES ME OVER $700 IN COMPLETED WORK. IS AROUND WHEN HE NEEDS SOMETHING, THEN DISAPPEARS WHEN IT IS TIME TO PAY FOR THE WORK!! DO NOT USE HIM!

On this Project I used a subcontractor that walked away with money from 11 other projects that I was working on.
This poject was one of them. His name is Derric Thompson please be aware of him.
I have put money back into this project to complete it because of the situation that Derric Thompson left it in.
I have put in over $5,000 to complete it after Derric ran off. He nolonger works with me and I have a civil suit against him.
The owner of this property and I have rectified all issues.
