Kane's Furniture A GUARANTEE THAT THERE ISN'T A GUARANTEE Casselberry, Florida

Purchased a leather couch and love seat about 2-3 years ago. We even paid extra for leather conditioning supplies, etc.  We were told that there was a lifetime guarantee. Just like their commercials.  When you call them to get it repaired (wear on the arms)--they said that they cannot (more like WON'T) come out to repair it.  Every time I see the commercial I get more and more angry about their so-called "Guarantee".  The only guarantee is that they don't guarantee nothing they sell.  I will NEVER go into another Kane's furniture again.
