Bankrupt Kara Homes and CEO blowhard Zudi Karagjozi is trying to resume selling homes in Marlboro & Little Egg Harbor NJ. They kept buyer's deposits & never delivered anything, they refused to pay subcontractors, vendors and even their own employees & they've left unfinished eyesores all over the state.
Do not be fooled by their model homes or their slick pitch. If you are unaware of their past & are considering doing business with them, just do some online research first. You will see that you'd be better off just tossing your money into the fireplace rather than handing it over to these clowns.
Karagjozi & his company know how to do two things. They can talk a big game until someone gives them money, and they are unparalleled at walking away from obligations. Buy from Kara, expect to be posting here within six months.
