Other Rip-off Reports have described this karaokeinfo of their plagerism and program pirating, but they don't even scratch the surface of their n**i tactics! I'll not belabor my non-affections for these A-Holes but my email conversation with one of the companies they "use" will likely sum it up.... This one is CDRwin which they supply a register key for which of course I believe, illegal? It certainly is here in Canada.....

"I cannot seem to get your program to recognize my CD drives.
I've been told that updating ASPI drivers might allow my 2 new CD's to work with your program.
I have a LG DVD rom and a Samsung Writemaster R/RW both of which are less than 2 months old.
When I boot up your program I get error messages for each CD drive.
The version is 3.9K and licensed to MyCDRWIN with Karaokeinfo."

Those errors are stating that the ASPI drivers are not reading the drives properly there is more than that wrong with this whole thing.
KaraokeInfo is a company that has been selling and distributing pirated versions of our software, we do not support anything that Karaoke Info provides..... etc etc

Nothing obviously was ever mentioned about this situation... and I'm not surprised about anything said about Karaokeinfo.... they are without doubt the most indignant, obnoxious, self-centered folks I've ever encountered and even seem to be proud of it! Once they had my VISA payment, I was moved to the bottom shelf....

Now when I confronted their KISupport Team with this information, and frustration and blood pressure caused me to use caps in the subject line of my last email:
"Re: HELP SOMEONE AND YES I'M USING CAPS!", which they do not like, must be because they receive them so often...
I received this unsigned email!: (no kidding)

You're incredibly mistaken to say "thousands of others are in the same boat". That's pure rubbish. In fact, very few people have been in the boat you're now in.. it's apparently the "b***h Boat" where you drift for days and don't bother starting the engine or even rowing. You just sit there.. bitching because you're seasick and it's too hot and no food or water has miraculously entered your stomach.
Delete everything. You're done. No refunds and do not write us anymore. We offered to help, but you decided to b***h instead.

I forwarded this email to the Mr. Bob Smith who says he owns this scam and my reply from Mr. Smith was simply:

"You have no business contacting anyone at this domain."

Well Mr. Smith, or whatever your real name is, stick the $50 bucks where the sun don't shine and I'm not, at least right now going to fight with VISA to refund it, but if I can help some other person with the notion that your site offers anything but exasperation for their money, I hope they tune in to this site first....!
