This is to let Dustin know that I finally spoke with Karriem and we have resolved our differences.

Your trying to make it seems as if I only responded to you once you posted the report, but in fact I only found out about the "False Report" because you sent me a message to my phone stating that you had filled a "False Report". Am I lying? Did you or did you not contact me directly to my phone telling me about the report in the first place? Do I have to post the text messages? I contacted you via craiglist and your email original (dustin.murrell@audacitysolutions.com) and both bounced back and I called you. So don't set there and act like I was avoiding you, because I didn't. Attached is a screen shot of one of multiple bounce backs when I replied to your communication on several occasions. You over reacted, when you could have just called my phone like we had been doing. I called you. But that's neither hear nor there. We dont have to go back and forth, will let the courts decide if it was a defermation of character, blackmail, extortion and slander. But if it most definately case of fraud. I'll see you in court

My story remains the same. I contacted you with a specific art project in mind and a specific date I needed the artwork completed. I paid you $150 up front. I never received any communication from you that you were struggling to meet the deadline. I never received any proof that you had ever even started the project. As the date approached, I made multiple attempts to contact you, and I did not receive a response until I filed this claim.

Once this claim was filed, you refunded 100% of my money, not 90%.

Again, I never received any communication from you to indicate that you weren't going to be able to meet your deadline. You did not contact me via phone and you did not contact me via e-mail. It was not until after this report was filed that you decided to respond to my attempts to contact you and issue me a refund.

I paid you. The work wasn't completed. You never contacted me to let me know you wouldn't be able to meet the deadline, and you never provided any proof that you had even started the work. But, to be fair, you refunded all of my money after I filed this report.

Since that time, I have worked with more than a dozen artists who have managed to provide their commissioned artwork to me on time and remain in good contact with me throughout the process. This includes people from local artists to studios overseas. And I haven't had this problem with anyone else.

If you plan on bringing legal action, I welcome it. Lawyer up, Kerriem!

I sent you several emails updating you on the status of the project. Craiglist blocked both of our emails because the posting had expired. We had each other phone numbers Dustin, but you chose to post this "False Report" and then contact me via my phone afterwards. You were given a 90% discount out of the goodness of my heart because i believe in charity and seeing people succeed. I never ignored you or any of my clients calls or emails . All emails are responded too within minutes of contact and calls right away. Dustin Your money was refunded same day as you requested. Am I lying Dustin? This is a "False Report". BE ADVICED THAT LEGAL ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

We were "So-called" friends. I dont know what is your personal issue. But with respect , I will not go into details about YOUR personal BUSINESS. But I will say this: Your suggestion and the agreement was "the project will completed within a extended given time frame" due to the overload of work i had to complete. You were aware of the circumstances and agreed to the given. You then later decided that You was no longer interested due to personal reasons.I offered and refunded back the payments but you declined. Am I lying Ms.Coleman? Did you not decline my refunds? in addition did I not offer to help you with landscaping as well? And now I'm going down a "Dark Path", really?. God bless you.

In Conclusion,

I've completed over 500 projects in the last few years and always exceed my clients expectations with no conflicts. And in these specific instences when I tried to help low budget clients with high demands, unfortunately turned sour .Moving forward, I WILL ONLY INVEST MY TIME AND TALENT with the higher class professionals.

To be clear: this person responded to a Craigslist ad. I sent him $150 up front (my mistake) and never received any of the artwork. When the due date came and passed, I was not satisfied with lack of a response. As soon as I filed this report, he contacted me and refunded my money. He claimed that it was merely a lack of communication and that he had, in fact, been working on the project (although no evidence of any work was ever provided).

So, I got all of my money back, but not without some work, and not before he completely missed an important deadline.

Are you saying Karriem refunded your money and didn't do the work?

I suggest you check out what I just posted and count yourself lucky.

Karriem kept saying he was going to refund my money but I knew he didn't have any.

Then, after 5 months, he didn't do the work and tried to send me money.

He spent almost $2,000 and I recouped $1950 thru my bank.

He's on a Bad Path that was just starting with you.

This issue was resolved shortly after this report was posted. It would appear that Karriem is a legitimate artist who has dutifully completed works in the past. The mix-up appears to simply be a case of complete lack of communication, but my payment has been refunded. It does not appear to be a case of fraud.

My payment was refunded, he and I are even now.
