Kass Shuler PA Collection for Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union - Illegal judgment documents and won't fix it Tampa Florida

7 years ago I got divorced and gave my X everything- he never did what the divorce documents said and was held in comtempt of court... before that was corrected. I got into a accident and became disabled with a severe traumatic brain injury.  When I was on life suppor in and a coma for a couple of months - my X went bankrupt - I never knew that - until 3 weeks ago the sheriff's office came and got my vehicle.  When I finally woke up from the coma - I had lost everything I ever had - so when the doctor's gave me the ok to drive - I bought a vehicle and paid cash for it - just so nobody could ever take it away from me.

I've been going thru the paperwork the sheriff's office had - and nothing is correct - wrong named person - and only a judgment for a dollar amount.  That was the only thing filed with the County Clerk's office.  Nothing with my name and nothing saying to take the vehicle.  I have no money or nobody to help me.  With no vehicle - couldn't go to the doctor or get my med's or even get groceries.

Tried talking to Kass Shuler - they just laugh and hang up on me - talked with Suncoast Schools and they say they wrote off the debt after my X went bankrupt - and they won't talk to me either.  Tried the Sheriff's office - and no help there either - even went over the paperwork being all wrong and nobody will even listen to me.

So Kass Shuler does this knowing its' all wrong and even the CDC told them - not allowed to do the disabled that way.  So anybody with any ideas - they have now made me more of a burdon to the State - I have no help from nobody and what little I could do - Kass Schuler took that away!
