I recieved a e-mail from Web.com to engage in their SEO program that at that time seem appealing to me and my needs to build my company.
I spoke to a salesperson name Kathy Myhand @ Web-Com. She seemed to be very knowlegeable on the product and services of SEO @ Web.Com.
Before hiring Web.com , I noticed the 1000's of consumer complaints they recieved every year for prior clients that had did business with Web.Com.
So, I went back to Kathy Myhand @ Web.Com and ask her about the numerious complaints from the BBB and consumer affairs that the company recieved.
Like any good salesperson, Kathy Myhand @ Web.Com explained to me that Web.Com was a publicly traded company on the New York stock exchange and had over 3 million clienits worldwide and the 3,000 complaints or so they recieve every year was about 1 percent of thier client base.
So , I decieded to give them a shot . What a mistake that was . They never fullfilled the contract and agreement that was clearly writtin by Web.Com and Kathy Myhand.
I guess the deal here, is to sale the sizzle, not the steak. I can tell you they did me more harm than good.
I got no meat on the bone. I urge anyone out there , before you spend your hard earned dollars with Web.Com do the research , don't just take my word for. And read the other 1,000's of unsatisfied clients that had the misfortune of doing business with Web.Com..
