Kaufman's Wedding World, ripoff, Dishonest, Unprofessional Boardman Ohio

My Daughter Ordered her dress and all the Bridesmaids dresses in March, 2004 for a September 25th wedding. They were supposed to be received in July, 2004. My daughter called in July and was told they will be in a few weeks later. It was always the same line, they will be here in a week or two. On August 26th I got involved. I got the supplier's number from Ira. I called the supplier and was told there were 'problems' between the supplier and Kaufmanns. Kaufmann could not work out his problems with the supplier and 3 weeks before the wedding said he will give me back my money.

Kaufman was supposed to call me and give me a time when I could meet him at the store and needless to say he never called. I called him many times on his cell phone only to get voice mail. He never returned my many calls. I went to the Boardman police department and filed a report. I am also in the process of seeking legal council. There is two weeks to go before the wedding and we are still trying to figure out what to do about the dresses. Thank you Mr. Kaufman for making this a memorable event. (Not a pleasant one, but memorable). For those of you thinking about buying from Kaufman's, read the many Fine things about him on this site. (choke choke).
