Tom Hargrave, owner of kegkits.com, is corrupt and malicious.  He does not ship the promised products after your purchase, however he will charge your credit card and keep the cash.  Any attempt to contact him via e-mail or phone will not be successful.  There are countless reports of this activity among the beer making community.  Let's stop Tom from doing this, once and for all.  Most importantly, never believe Tom, he will lie to your face - he will tell you he already shipped the merchandise, or that he is really backed up and will ship out your merchandise immediately.  He does this to get you off the phone, and once he knows your caller ID, he will never answer it again.
