This is the same guy who supposedly owned IOGHC (International Oil & Gas Holding)
He is now frauding and scamming people with an auction car scheme. Charging people between 500 and 3000 dollars up front for cars he can't deliver and refuses to give back your money. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BLACK MAN
