Kenny Ross Ford South Rip off, bad transmission, high payments, deceptive Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Kenny Ross Ford South sold me a 2012 Ford Focus with a recalled transmission. Unbeknownst to me, the transmission was recalled before the date of purchase. Kenny Ross and salesman, Rocky, failed to inform me of this at time of purchase. Rocky was pushing me to buy a certain car and also pushed the extended warranty. When I asked him why did I need the extended warranty, he shrugged me off. Since purchasing this car, I started noticing problems in the shifting. Basically, the car gets stuck in gear. My car only has about 10,000 miles on it. When the car started giving me problems I googled the issue and it came up that the transmission was recalled on these cars. I called the dealership and got nothing but the run around. They told me to bring it in for service. I did and nothing changed. I also called the 800# for lemon law. My car would fit under the federal warranty, which means that I have to take my car in to be serviced for the same issue three separate times and then call the lawyer to proceed. By the time the lawyer get's paid I would not have enough to pay this car off completely. Kenny Ross also stated that their "transmission guy" is only there every OTHER week. Well I work and go to school so this is totally inconvenient for me. They also told me that they would NOT give me a loaner car so I would need to either drop it off or wait. I contacted the head of sales and he basically said that he would take my car back as a trade and sell me a new car for the same amount in payments. I continuously got the run around from Kenny Ross and pretty much ALL of their staff.
