As a liquidator and been in the business for over twenty years I purchase 10 reconditioned digital cameras for 149.95 . About 5 minutes later my email received an invoice with an invalid tracking number.
My order stated that the shipment would be sent within 24 hours. After that time I inquired by sending emails and phone calls with no reply. I checked my online banking to see if the order was taken out of my account and the order was taken out three times at 149.95 each.
I contacted several times to let them know that my order was times three, they never replied until I threatened them three days later. As I was sending him an email at 10:00pm Joe Richey sent me an email in my box and said the whole order was shipped.
I sent him another email and told him to reverse the charges or I would get my bank to do so. He made obscene phone calls to my home then on the fifth day I went to my bank and had the order reversed. The banker setup a three way call with Joe Richey and Joe was on the line.
Joe replied that he did not send the order out and in twenty minutes he would reverse the charges. When I came home I seen that Joe Richey sent an email with UPS tracking number and said that the order is shipped out. Then I received a call on my voice mail and stated that I was crazy and the order would be tied up for five weeks.
The next day on 8-25-06 I received a UPS delivery that was s****.>
He tried to slip this in on me and the UPS driver said that the package had a stenching smell.
I been in the business for a long time and I know the big liquidators around the country. And this is the first time I have been screwed around by a wholesaler.
Watch this person because he takes advantage of the loopholes in the Law and rips people off. I have been told he is a 32nd. degree Knight Templar.

Scam Reporter wont post his real name or address? Wonder what his motive is? Didnt you call the Chamber and the police? Didnt they find our address ok? It seems to me the Government is responding very slow in putting Joe behind bars, what is confusing to me is that he has the ability to collect the money in the first place.
Visa, MC has very tight rules on chargebacks etc. and I being in the trade for many years I am puzzled how he continues to still have a merchant account.
Paypal has stricked rules as well -
John, I think you might be able to help - we need to know how your card was processed, by what system - We need to find out why he can still have the right to process these cards and who's name does he have it in.
A Merchant can get on the black list, and he is probably already on it. I will do some checking to find this out as well.
Listen up everyone here - The way we are going to stop him is by STOPPING the MONEY - The Gov is too slow.
