I was hired by Kevin O leary to build a website, logo and marketing plan. I sent him a very detailed contract, he signed it, sent it back to me and then we started building the website.

I never heard back from Kevin again, he told us to communicate with his partner Joe. Joe approved the mock up design, approved the content and when we launced the site and turned it Kevin he started attacking us and telling us he never approved anything. I guess he only has one working eye, has no working voice box or something creppy. His partner Joe would call us and try to work things out but then he and his partner Kevin started fighting. It wsa insane, all we wanted to do was to do our job and fulfill our contract. So long story short, we sent the client a copy of the website and he started doing chargeback for all of our work. So now he has a free website and we are fighting a chargeback for work that we did. Dont use this guy Kevin Oleary at all. He is a classic scam artist. He will hire you to build a website and then once you turn it over to him start asking for money back. He is based in San Clemente, so be aware. If you get a call from his partner Joe also do not let him be in charge, Him and Joe have some weird father/son relationship that doesnt work. One is older then the other and the both fight and bicker. I want to stress, dont do business in any way with Kevin, He claims to be in the Large format ink industry for decades and has all of this experience and his product practically sells itself, but then has no money to pay for his site and does chargebacks..he is a classic scammer.

If you are a marketing company and this clown calls you...RUN..he will hire you and then do chargebacks..Feel free to write me..I can show you the completed site that we built and optimized and now he has the site and did a chargeback..what a jerk!
