Kevin Tyree representing his company Burton Tech Service has committed fraud in Toronto Ontario. He operates within the realm of the Onforce technology professionals platform. www.onforce.com Kevin has hired out 5 IT contractors to work on a large migration project in the Toronto area. The value of the project was over $12,000US. The work was completed over a span of 1 month - 10 hour days by a team organized by him. Shortly before termination of the project, he retreated to Michigan WITHOUT payment to the individuals hired out by Burton Tech Service. He also lied to the managers on the He cut all communication from the contractors - both verbally and email. He also refused to negotiate with a rep. from the Onforce.com platform.
The onforce.com platform is unable to assist in the resolution of contractual agreements.
He is not legally eligible to operate any business activity in Canada. He does not have a work permit nor any special border clearance.
He may be operating in the Toronto, Windsor, Detroit, or Flint locations.
Do not engage in any work with Kevin Tyree as he is extremely fraudulent.
He also may be operating another fraudulent company under the name of Michigan Snow Removal located in Flint MI.

He has several outstanding legal cases against him in Ontario for Fraud! He operated a phantom company at the Ford Motor Company plant in Oakville Ontario hiring people for a large migration project. He never paid the team of people hired and retreated to Flint Michigan.
Do Not Engage in work contracts as a worker or client. Precarious unqualified work!!! DISHONEST!!! THIEF!!!!
