My name is Jason Braughler and I am President of Keystone International, Inc. I am personally aware of the negative blogs that are associated with Ripoff Report. After reading the accounts of job seekers and by some former employees, I feel it necessary to set the record straight.

Facts:

Keystone International, Inc. has been in business since January 9, 2006 and has opened 4 new markets, with another 8 scheduled to open by the end of 2010.

Keystone International, Inc. and its affiliated offices employees over 125 people and growing.

Keystone International, Inc. has a working relationship with AT&T, Verizon, and Quill. We do face to face sales and marketing, training and management for our clients.

Keystone International, Inc. only works with business customers of our clients.

Keystone International, Inc. has 2 different pay structures available to its employees, 100% commission and base salary plus commission. The individual chooses which structure they want.

Keystone International, Inc. trains its employees in the following areas of business: Outside sales, training, interviewing, contract negotiations, marketing, and management.

Keystone International, Inc. has a 3 step interview process. Step 1 is a 15-25 minute preliminary interview. Step 2 is a full day job shadow with a corporate trainer of ours. Step 3 is a 15-20 minute final interview with me or a manager. Not all candidates make it past the preliminary interview.

Keystone International, Inc. promotes 100% from within. All employees regardless of experience or lack of experience start in outside sales. Once the individual has displayed an understanding of outside sales they are promoted into a training role with the company, then into a management and executive role with us. The process into a management and executive role is at least a year long process.

Keystone International, Inc. regularly participates in charitable events that benefit the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation and cancer research.

I am a former potential employee of scam "Keystone International". If you look up their webpage and check out the phone number and address, make sure to look up (((Redacted)))), where you'll find the same address and phone number, and basically the same gist as on the Keystone webpage. Two companies ran out of a 5x5 foot office seems a little fishy to me.

Not seeing the second website, i was excited to hear from a possible future employer, and after setting up time for an interview and then a "ride along" interview, i am greatly displeased with the level of scamming that this company is providing to the public.

After being driven an hour and a half from Middleburg Heights to Mansfield in a car full of 3 other guys that look like something right from the frat house, they donned "GAS COMPANY" badges complete with their picture, then had me follow them as they split off and went door-to-door to different companies.

They introduced themselves as "so-and-so" from the gas company, and asked to pull out a current bill to see if they "switched over to our new system yet"...which was just a different company (but they weren't going to tell their newfound suckers about) all to "save them money".

I also saw their "AT&T" badges in the office, also complete with their picture. 
This company posts advertisement on a bunch of different Craigslist job-seekers pages, along with a few different sites i've seen them on.

Hey Swiss Cheese!  Whats up?  You may or may not remember me, but I was a leader in the Detriot office when you started many, many, many moons ago.  Dani and I helped train you and "J-buckets".  I was curious about how the office and everyone was doing since I left so I googled and here you guys are.  Congrats on being promoted.  I see years have passed and it is still the same game.  I commend you for sticking through it and I really do wish all of you the best.  As for me, I am actually fleeing the country this fall.  I am going to go to grad school in toronto for my mba.

As for all you negative bloggers out there.  First off, I understand where you are coming from.  I was quite bitter when I ended my one year employement with cydcor.   I did my share of sacrificing for the job.  The biggest sacrifice being moving from milwaukee to detriot to help Andy, my manager, open his new office.  Despite making little money at times, the long hours, and high gas prices, as time goes on, I look back and see all the positive things I got from working for the cydcor organization.  The most important lesson I learned was how to sell.  Cydcor teaching you how to give presentations, take control of situations, and get people to pretty much do whatever you want them to do.   That hands on experience has made me a better businesswoman.  I use the four factors of impulse naturally everyday.  The final thing I learned from Cydcor is that I can live on barely nothing.  The law of averages works in a perfect world.  We dont live in a perfect world, but for the most part I was consistent in the field.  I would rarely not get "on the bell".  I was averaging 3 to 4 sales a day.  So it is possible, not easy, but possible. 

I am very pleased to see that the offices of cydcor are getting more honest and open with what the position of an executive account manager actually entails.  I never had a problem with the way they trained people, just that they were sometimes misleading about the job description and compensation.  I believe their method of teaching people how to be salemen works.  Just make sure you let your applicants know that the hours are long, the pay can be minimal, but if you want to learn how to talk to strangers and make deals, then cydcor is your place.
