Your right, this was posted several years ago, and never came back to defend their position, I totally believe you that this was an ex employee, but guess what I also believe you have a bad attitude for how life is. First off this is a great site, and no im not a affiliate of it, or have any special interest to gain from it, 2nd is they offer both sides of the story, and until you put your foot in your mouth, this is actually FREE ADVERTISING!! though now just shows your true colors. You have opportunity to show your licensed, and certified and done work for corporation and such, but with those kinds of threats to I wouldnt' hire you, screw that! (p.s. they have a link at the bottom of the page about being sued, its quite halariuos you should check it out) guess if you have a conflict with a customer you yell at them and threaten to sue them as well for reporting you to this site, huh? My company is not perfect, I do not have my name on this list, but I won't ever say I wont' because there are alot of people out there that are funny in that way.

But even though I respect you as a contractor, the Better business Bureau is a JOKE! I refuse to join, even though I have 0 conficts with them. And for good reason, The company I was with cost the client literally thousands of dollars, and the BBB did nothign to protect them, and its not just one story its thousands, matter of fact put bbb in rip off reports and start reading. You are paying the BBB's salary therefore it is a conflict of interest, this is why sites like ripoffreport rocks, they take donations, and even if you send in one, they'll still put you in their report. In the future I plan to donate to this site, adn even If I do get a negative, I will still donate. Angies list is also a fair service as its funded by the customer not the business. I had a client that a company they contracted work for and had to take to court just added a letter to their name, filed bankrupsy and sold all their tools to the spouse, and started back up...What a wonderful world....again keep paying your dues to the BBB, I can think of so many better things to invest my money in..

So to sum things up, you told your side of story, you prooved your claim of being false, and you prooved your an A**.......GOOD JOB!

This report was brought to my attention in jan. 2006.This report is without question 100% bogus. #1 why isnt there a report through the BBB who we have been a member of since approx. 1999.(why not? because the BBB actually substantiates any claim before posting it)obviously unlike this site!
We stand behind our work 100%. We offer a 5 year warranty on hardscaping projects. Not certified? Ridiculous!!!!!! We are an ICPI certified contractor as well as an EP Henry authorized contractor (check both web sites)as well as members of the BBB and Central Bucks chamber of commerce. Short cuts? Never. We are rarely the low bid. Soley because we will not sacrifice quality workmanship or materials to lower our prices to "just get the job". Our clients include CEO's of multinational corporations to professional sports stars.
I am confident this report was generated by a certain former employee who was released due to multiple infractions including dishonesty, poor performance and trying to gain "side work" from one of our existing customers who notified us of their attempt.

If this is legitimate we will without question rectify the situation as long as the project is still within our warrantee.(being that this report is dated feb. of 2004 it would be covered.I am so confident this is a bogus report that if this individual comes forth not only will we fix the problem i will personally hand this former customer a check for $500.00!! as long as you come forth in this public forum with your accurate and true information such as full name,address, copy of invoice etc.

So how about it "Steve M*rr" please come forth and collect your $500.00!!!!!!!

Further more i find it very disappointing that a site would post a claim such as this un substantiated. It really takes from the credibility of this site if anyone can make a baseless claim without any proof.This is exactly why we are a member of the BBB. We will be in contact with our attorney to try to rectify this situation.
I will offer the $500.00 for a period of (14) days from the date of 1.25.06. Supposedly a copy of this rebuttal will be sent to the originator so (14) days should be ample if this is a legitimate claim for this person to reply.After you are satisfied with our repair work you will post on this site that we have satisfied your issue and i will gladly hand over the $500.00 Furthermore i will only accept corespondance through this site. You have tried to soil our good name in a public forum so i expect a response on this forum.
