Kid To Kid, Owners Hai And Tien Pham Lying, backstabbing, greedy, horrible little female Asian sales person!! Lake Worth Texas

First off I am a former employee who was there at the time that this took place.
This customer's boyfriend came in and wanted to sell this swing. It was a very nice swing and the owner was buying merchandise on this particular day. She had him fill out the required form and looked up the real time retail value as guidance to price this particular swing. After she gave him the quote he then told her that he had to check with his girlfriend about the price. The girlfriend said she was offered $60 last time she tried to sell it to us.
Apparently she was in there before and didn't like the offer for $60 and tried to sell it elsewhere for a period of time and it didn't work out and she was returning to get the $60 offer from us. Well she didn't remember the date she was in there last and didn't get the quote in writing. Normally when we give a quote it's usually only saved for 24 hours and only good for that long. Retail value is what we base our resale value on. If I buy something today for $200 and it's on the market for a year it will go down in retail value. I may only pay $80-$100 today for the same item. Depending on what it is, popularity, demand and so on. If you buy a baby swing while you are pregnant or around the due date and you use it until the baby grows out of it and then try to resale it after that it's usually about a year or more old. It's not going to resale for the retail value you bought it at. IT IS USED. Even if it is only gently used it is still not NEW. When I bought for resale I priced things at 40-60% of retail value. If is in exceptional condition, the better the price.
Kid to Kid also has a database that we base our prices on. It gives you price windows based on brand name, retail value, condition and so on.
This woman didn't like the price she was given because it was less than her first offer however long ago it was given. We could not find record of her last offer. She obviously couldn't sell it for whatever she wanted elsewhere. She came to us. She did not have to accept her offer. She didn't argue and Tien never called her a liar. She simply said that offers are only good for 24 hours unless they are written. She priced the swing as high as our database would allow. Even though at the time we were not accepting swings because we were already well overstocked. We hadn't sold a swing in 2 weeks at the time. The owner told her this and as a favor she was trying to make the customer happy by buying her swing anyways because she seemed very pressed for time and money.
This woman and her boyfriend could have taken this swing to any Kid to Kid location and tried to sell it and they wouldn't have gotten any more money.
What sad is that this woman had every opportunity to say no and didn't. Instead of calling our corporate office and filing a complaint she instead verbally attacked the owner on a person level and was completely racist doing so.
She attacked our Facebook site and was reported on there as well.
This women has nothing but time on her hands to give this owner and store a bad name but not the balls to go through the proper channels to complain to the right people.
So Sarah G in Springtown should be reported as a racist and she apparently is uneducated and on a rant to hurt someone she didn't have the right to because she was in control of the outcome the whole time.
Piece of advice- If you are going to attack someone, make sure there isn't an eyewitness to rebut your story, attack the situation not the things about the person they cannot change like their race and act like a d**n grown up.
