Buyer beware! Jairo Debord (aka "JD") will smooze you into hiring him showing you wonderful pictures of Drywall, Flooring, and Tile work he has supposedly completed. I seriously doubt that any of this pictures are from his job sites as I've learned via his co-workers (who he doesn't pay timely if at all) that he never completes a job and has angry customers throughout Tampa, FL and he's constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul!
Having a gut feeling, I looked him up only to discover that "JD" has also been a guest of the Florida State Prison system for:

First of all the job was getting done until they wanted extra work so I asked the homeowners for the permits and they couldn’t provide me It! So I stopped the job until they could provide me with the permit but it never got done the only money I took was the money for the job I had performed already.
So when I didn’t want to continue the rest of the work that they wanted due to no permit they started threatening me . I check public record for permits and they never had one. The addition that they wAnted is not in the city plans. My past has nothing to due with my job my past is past that was when I was young now I have a family
