Kirby Vacuum Company Fraud in selling product Palmdale, Ohio

These vacuums are an absolue fraud. They are not worth the money they cost. They represent them to be so efficient but what you don't understand is it takes ten minutes to change and adjust for each change you want to make. You can not vacuum close to the wall and the blow back is terrible. To change attachments takes a lot of muscle and to determine the correct height for the floor and material on the floor takes a genius. I would give anything to have the Hoover back I gave to the representative who sold me this disater of a machine.

I do not know what the final cost of the Ultimate G was and I really do not want to know because that would make me more angry. The light on the machine went out on my second use of it. Please do not buy this vacuum cleaner.
