K.K. Nash, Planet Metals FRAUDULENT COMPANY & INDIVIDUAL, SIGNED A LEGAL CONTRACT, TOOK MONEY, SENT NO SHIPPING DOCUMENTS, KEPT DELAYING RESPONSE AND STOPPED COMMUNICATION AFTER Stamford Connecticut

In 2012, after a long discussion we signed a legal contract to for importing scrap metal from planet-metals (CT) to India. The sales person K.K. Nash, according to the terms of the contract did not fulfil his side of the contract. Once the money was transferred, post his acknowledgement of receipt, he kept lying on the delay of the vessel while and again and after a few months stopped responsing altogether. In June 2013, he met us personally with a broken hand and some multiple medical issues trying to gain sympathy about his medical condition, promising to return the moeny which obviously he did not. Now, he does not take any calls, respond to messages and the emails bounce back. He has taken his website off the internet since his fradulent behaviour has become public.
