Krasa Skin Care Offered a free trial and charged my account before the said trial had expired Nationwide

I ordered the "free trial" on 1/3/18 and the product was sent out 9 days after on 1/12/18. It was stated that it would take 3-5 days for the product to arrive. I left for business on 1/20/18 and the product still had not arrived. I returned on 1/30/18, and still no product. I recieved it on 1/31 and then was charged the rediculous amount of $212 for the cream. I called and explained everything that had happened. The company does not want to provide a refund and I informed them that they are falsely advertising. I have since reported them and their product scheme.
